Comic Art. Backgrounds sketches: Graphic Novel "1840"

These are the sketches and designs of scenarios, backgrounds, furnitures and objects made for the graphic novel "1840, the Secret Rose" volumen I.
Depending on the time I had to draw the pages, I made these designs with more or less speed and detail, and with color or without color.
The comic art requires several phases in the artwork process, and in many cases the drawing and color phases all fall on a single author or at most two. One of these phases is the design of sketches for the sets, which in bande dessinée Franco-Belgian, is very important, as can be seen in works by Herge or Franquin.
